Liz was looking to restore the cement in the front of her house. Over the years, the cement cracked and became un-level, causing a tripping hazard. Liz contacted Ayers and set up an inspection to determine what could be done. The specialist at Ayers decided the cement had settled, and PolyLevel would be perfect for the job!
PolyLevel injects foam below the cement, which can then be expanded with heat, allowing the cement to be leveled and stabilized! PolyLevel is noninvasive and leaves no mess! The adhesive in front of Liz's house looked night and day different, and Liz couldn't have been happier!
Sonia noticed her driveway was in the beginning stages of separating and becoming uneven. Worried about the cracks getting worse she called Ayers for concrete repair and we sent a team for an inspection. After our crew took a look at her driveway it was settled that PolyLevel and NexusPro Crack Repair would smooth out her driveway perfectly. PolyLevel is a lightweight foam injection inserted in the driveway through small holes which will lift and level the driveway. Then we used NexusPro Crack Repair to seal the actual cracks as this is a silicone sealant designed to withstand harsh weather. Sonia was happy to get her driveway smoothed out quickly and more conveniently before it got worse!
Have you ever walked on unsafe sidewalk or walkway, where there are cracks everywhere and it's never level? I have too. It looks awful and isn't safe to walk on. Well, that is how this Grand Rapids walkway was. The homeowner gave us a call because she wanted our professional help. We drove to her property and installed our advanced PolyLevel technology.
PolyLevel is an advanced polymer-based injection foam that we blast into the concrete through tiny holes slightly smaller than a dime. After we inject it, the concrete slab raises and becomes stronger than ever. PolyLevel worked to raise and level out the concrete slabs while dealing with the weak soils below that were no longer able to hold the weight of the home above. We drilled multiple small holes into the concrete slabs in order to inject them with a polymer material that expanded to lift and level out the concrete. Once injected, the system only needed about 15 minutes to fully cure and the slabs were then stabilized and lifted to their proper level, and stronger than ever before. Now, this homeowner will not have to worry about this ever again.
Sinking concrete isn't actually caused by the concrete itself, but is caused by moving soil under the concrete slab. Not only is sinking concrete not nice to look at as well as decreases home value, but it also can become a tripping hazard. Our customers chose to have a PolyLevel injection to help fix the issue. PolyLevel works as a foam injection directly under the concrete slab. This injection is minimally invasive by only using a small hole ontop of the slab to inject the foam. The PolyLevel foam works to fill in gaps left from the moving soil and stabilize the slab. Able to be fully cured in 15 minutes and can be either walked or driven on directly after, PolyLevel is a great fix to any sinking or moving concrete slabs.
This Grand Rapids couple has a tennis court with some cracks and settled concrete. They have been wanting to get it resurfaced but can not do that until the the concrete is leveled and cracks are filled. We used PolyLevel to level the concrete. It is a waterproof, stable, and lightweight foam. To seal the cracks, we used the NexusPro sealant. It keeps things from getting through the cracks and degrading the concrete from below.
