We got a call from a customer in Grand Rapids that needed help with a slab of concrete that he has in his backyard by the house. He needed help leveling it out so he asked for our professional help. We drove to his property and installed our PolyLevel technology, which is an advanced polymer injection foam that we blast into the concrete through tiny holes that reinforce the concrete stronger than ever and make it level again. PolyLevel worked to raise and level out the concrete slabs while dealing with the weak soils below that were no longer able to hold the weight of the home above. We drilled multiple small holes into the concrete slabs in order to inject them with a polymer material that expanded to lift and level out the concrete. Once injected, the system only needed about 15 minutes to fully cure and the slabs were then stabilized and lifted to their proper level, and stronger than ever before. Now, this homeowner will not have to worry about this ever again.
Carrie had an uneven and cracked front porch. The bottom had been washed out when some pipes leak and she wanted it returned to how it originally was. We used PolyLevel which is an injectable foam to lift the concrete back up to where it should be. PolyLevel will hold the porch up because it is waterproof which means it won't wash away. It cures in about 15 minutes so it can withhold weight in a short period of time. To repair the crack we used NexusPro Crack Repair. It is a silicone-based filler that is designed to withstand harsh weather. Like the PolyLevel, its drying time is about an hour which is a fraction of the time of most fillers.
Ted came to Ayers looking to fix the cement by his front door. Over the years of living there, large cracks had formed, and the cement ultimately became a tripping hazard. Ted reached out to Ayers to find a permanent solution for the cement. A System Design Specialist determined that the cement had settled and suggested PolyLevel as it would rise and stabilize the cement.
PolyLevel inserts foam below the cement through little holes, which expand and allow the cement to rise and become level again! Additionally, Ted opted to have Nexus Joint Sealant and Crack Repair applied on the cement to take care of the rest of the issues! Ted was happy that the cement was fixed and how good it looked!
Jodie C. called because the cement slab in her garage had several cracks and water was beginning to puddle in the area. She was concerned about the grading and wanted to know where the water was coming from. Unfortunately, the cement slab was settling, causing multiple cracks to form and allowing water to accumulate in the low points of the slab.
In order to level the garage floor and deal with the cracks we installed the PolyLevel system and NexusPro joint sealer.
PolyLevel is used to lift sinking concrete by injecting high-density polymers that expand and lift the slab. Our team first drilled multiple small holes in the slab that we then filled with the lightweight polymers. After about 15 minutes, the polymers expand, which immediately levels the slab. To further ensure the slab does not shift and re-crack, we sealed the cracks with the NexusPro joint sealer. After the installation, the concrete was leveled and Jodie will no longer have to deal with wet and unleveled garage.
A customer from East Grand Rapids had a garage that was not level at all and that caused her a lot of frustration (can you really blame her). They're were so many cracks in her garage from settling in poor foundation soil, it became a hazard. Luckily, we knew exactly how to fix this with our PolyLevel technology.
