Chris needed remedies for his dirt crawl space, so he called Ayers for our encapsulation expertise. We sent a crew of our professionals to his home to conduct an inspection so we could make the best recommendations. Our System Design Specialists concluded the best solutions would be our CleanSpace and TripleSafe Sump Pump System. CleanSpace will prevent vapor from entering through the moist soil and crawl space walls. The plastic liner is specially made from inorganic material that eradicates the growth of mold or bacteria. This can be irritating for anyone with bad allergies. Next, we added our TripleSafe Sump Pump System to collect any water that may seep in. This system has three pumps to ensure water stays out. The first pump will do the main job, the second will run if assistance is needed, and the last pump is battery-operated for emergency power outages.
