Sinking Driveway Fixed in La Porte, Indiana

Is your driveway cracked and starting to sink in spots? Don't worry this is common for many homeowners, and we have the perfect solution. You might as well get the problem fixed before someone trips, or you decide to sell your home and it decreases the resale value and lets be real, the problem can and will continue to get worse.

To fix sinking concrete we have a great PolyLevel system that can lift your concrete slab back to its original/desired height. PolyLevel is a lot less invasive than mudjacking or even pouring new concrete. Small holes are drilled in the concrete to inject the structural grade polymers, but don't worry the holes are virtually unnoticeable once complete. The material that we inject is also waterproof so there is no chance of it washing out beneath the slab. The best part though is that the cure time is only about 15 minutes, so you can go back to driving, parking, and working on your cement in almost no time.

Uneven floors, sagging floor supports. Had looked at by a friend. Floor supports only 2x6 (he advised me the minimum is usually 2x10), brick support wall in center of crawlspace crumbling/falling down and subfloors in the worst 2 areas very warped/sagging or sinking. Need looked at and repaired by a professional. Need done as soon as possible as all remodeling has come to a hault due to uneven walls/floors/door jambs. House must have recently shifted because it got a whole lot worse all of the sudden. New drywall seams cracking that have been freshly mudded. Very serious about having repaired by professional that will do the job right. Have been given estimate for "patch/repair" fix by a construction company. I do not want to do that. Thanks!

Our front steps have sunk down and the foundations along the house there has a large crack we even had to put small wood blocks under the decorative poles that are the front rail of our house.
