Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

David gets water into a corner of his partially finished basement every time it rains. To fix his problem, we installed the WaterGuard drain system. This system collects water that seeps into the area and drains it to the sump pump. We also installed a new sump pump, the TripleSafe Sump Pump. This sump pump provides the home with three levels of protection in case of pump malfunction or a power outage and gives the homeowner peace of mind that their home is safe.

Jamie and Brian want to finish their basement so that their son can move in. This is their forever home so they want everything to be done right, which means they need to install an Egress Window. The egress and window well allows for a safe exit in case of an emergency and is required if you have a room in the basement. We also installed the WaterGuard drain system and Basement to Beautiful Insulated Wall Panels to prep the basement for finishing. The drain system collects water that leaks into the space and sends it to the sump pump. The wall panels insulate the area and separate the finishing panels from the foundation walls to avoid cold spots!

The final product we installed was TripleSafe which consists of a three pump system that fits in one sturdy liner. The first pump will keep most of the water out of her basement, the second pump is there for any assistance the first pump may need, and the last pump will turn on if the power fails.
