We conducted a free inspection so we could make our recommendation which was to install FlexiSpan. This is a two-layer sealant that will fill the crack with a polyurethane sealant and we then create a drainage route for the water intrusion. A drainage well is placed below the floor and under the white panel we place over the now sealed crack. This is where the water will be directed if any water permeates.
