This home had some water issues in the basement. We installed the WaterGuard to keep the area water free. The WaterGuard is a drain system that is under the floor but above the foundation to keep it out of the area where the drain could clog. The system collects water that gets into the basement and sends it to the sump pump where it is discharged outside of the home.
Everyone loves a good pool day. However when it’s the middle of winter in Michigan and the pool is stationed in your driveway, things aren’t looking too great on your end. Clay contacted us after noticing his sunken driveway was becoming a big problem. The ground underneath his old concrete driveway had begun to collapse and erode causing the driveway to curve in and store water.
How can this issue be fixed? Consider PolyLevel Injection Foam. The polymer consists of two liquids that when blended together, create a foam that expands to effectively lift settled concrete. Our PolyLevel Injection foam is quick-curing and non-invasive, meaning the soil surrounding the area will be less likely to experience any further damage.
Liam just moved into his home when he notcied that during heavy rain, a steady stream of water was coming through some cracks in the basement. There was no standing water, it had drained but he didn't want water coming in at all so he called us. We installed CarbonArmor to stabilize the wall. The CarbonArmor System is made up of flexible carbon fiber fabric straps that are up to 10 times stronger in tension than steel. These straps are bonded to the wall using high strength epoxy resin. This system requires no exterior excavation, installs quickly, and won't impact future basement finishing.
Mark D's basement floor tiles was unsightly and cold. We installed our Thermal Elite Plank Flooring that mimjics hardwood flooring but they are waterproof!
This family's home had basement block walls that started to bow and settle. This customer had previous work done with Ayers to stabilize other walls in the basement and had no issues with those walls since. We installed Geolock anchors on the newly bowed walls and tightened the locks on the older anchors. The beauty of this solution is that an Ayers technician can service these anchors by tightening it slowly over time and straightening the walls gradually.
