Lori and Richmond have staircase cracks on their basment walls noticed the walls are starting to bow. We installed the PowerBrace Foundation Wall Repair System to makse sure the walls could not move anymore. This system is made up of steel beams that are secured to the joists above the wall with steel brackets. These East Lansing homeowners had sunken slabs in their driveway and they needed a fix so they called us. We used PolyLevel to raise the sunken concrete and give the homeowners peace of mind that their driveway issues were gone! PolyLevel is an injectable foam that is light weight but strong. The homeowners noticed that there was a corner in the basement that had some water issues. The water that was coming in was pooling, leaving about 2 inches of water in the basement. We installed the WaterGuard to collect the water and drain it to the sump pump. We also installed the SuperSump which is where the WaterGuard drains the water and then it is discharged out of the home to keep the basement dry. Lastly, we instaled the SaniDry to blow warm, dry air in the basement to keep the basement dry!

The Michigan Surgical Center in East Lansing has a sunken concrete slab of concrete by one of the doors. The concrete slab had sunken so much that the door doesn't touch the floor where it locks. We used PolyLevel to lift the concrete back to the original position so that the door latch and the hole could connect. PolyLevel is a light weight injectable foam that is waterproof so it wont wash away from under the concrete. The walkway, driveway, or sidewalk can be full load bearing in only 15 minutes after being installed.

Andrew was having some water issues in his basment. Only one area had the water coming in and the sump pump was on the other side of the basement so that the water wants draining. We installed the WaterGuard system which is a French drain system that is installed under the floor but ontop of the foundation so the drain won't clog. The system collects water that seeps into the basement and drains it to the sump pump.
