This East Lansing homeowner has about an inch of standing water in the basement.He had a drain system that was old and not working properly so it would flood during rain. We installed the TripleSafe sump pump system for him. This sump pump provides 3 levels of protection in case of pump malfunction or a power outage. We also installed the IceGuard Discharge Line System. In the winter, water in the discharge line can freeze which causes back ups that could lead to flooding. With the IceGuard, the water has a secondary escape route through the slotted openings in the drain pipe. This ensures that any water your sump pump is removing from your basement is safely cleared away outside your home, preventing any backed up or frozen lines.

Jeff was in the middle of trying to sell his Okemos home but has serious water intrusion issues in his crawl space. His home was 70 years old but the crawl space was an addition.
