Ayers Basement Systems Before & After Photos

The concrete in Gilbert's garage had recently started to settle and crack, letting water into the home. He called Ayers for an inspection and our crew determined Gilbert would need PolyLevel and NexusPro for the repairs. 

The PolyLevel system is used to repair sinking concrete by drilling minuscule holes into the slab and filling them with foam. The foam raises the slab and fortifies it to make it last even longer. NexusPro is a sealant that fills the cracks in the concrete. It is extremely withstanding to harsh weather, so it will remain flexible for years. 

Gilbert was impressed with the work done by Ayers and was ecstatic to be able to get the issue taken care of in a timely manner. 

Jim was dealing with occasional water leaks in his basement that he was looking to get a solution for. He looked into Ayers and decided to make the call. Our professionals came out for a free inspection and concluded he could use our SuperSump Plus. With the SuperSump Plus, 2200 gallons of water is able to be pumped per hour at an 8 foot head. This is perfect for Jim's situation as it is designed for occasional water leaks rather than severe flooding. This horsepower pump will do the job he is looking for.

Mark had some serious water damage in his home due to heavy water intrusion, especially during hard rain so he called Ayers. After inspecting his basement we recommended installing our WaterGuard System and TripleSafe Sump Pump System. With WaterGuard, this sub-floor drainage system collects water that comes in through the walls as it is placed along the basements' perimeter. TripleSafe is a three pump system that fits in one durable liner, working together to keep water out. The first pump gets most of the water out and the last two are there for backup. The last pump is even battery-operated meant for power outages. Mark was very relieved and happy to get this problem area fixed up!

Brendan's basement window was very small and unattractive. Brendan was looking into getting an Egress Window to replace it, so he called up Ayers. Egress Windows come with a large exterior well and safe exit passage for emergency situations. This is legally required for many buildings and homes. These windows are much larger which opens up the space with more natural light and fresh air able to come in. The basement is now more welcoming for guests and has less of that dark, dungeon feel. Not to mention the home was built in 1935, so renovating these windows was a great move that will only add value to Brendan's home in the future!
