The back wall of Lori’s house is cracking, however she is looking to refinance her home soon. She knows that this will affect the refinancing of her home so she called our team. We installed CarbonArmor, a wall reinforcing system. CarbonArmor fixes damaged or bowing walls which are both very serious problems and can cause even more serious problems if they aren't fixed properly. CarbonArmor prevents the inward movement of your walls and reduces their cracks. In addition, this system is perfect for Lori because it can easily be concealed in order to give your basement a finished, sleek look.
As you can see, this Battle Creek home had a bowing wall in the basement that they wanted fixed. We installed CarbonArmor to the wall to keep it from cracking and moving further. CarbonArmor includes flexible carbon fiber straps that are stronger in tension than steel. The straps are bonded to the interior face of the wall using a high strength resin. This system requires no exterior excavation, installs quickly, and won't impact future basement finishing.
Cracks in Robert's basement walls were allowing water in, so he called our team. We installed PowerBrace, a foundation repair system created to secure basement walls in place. Often outside pressures can cause your basement walls to crack or tilt, this foundation repair system counteracts these pressures by keeping your basement walls in place. Over time, the system can be tightened to not only secure the walls in place, but to also straighten them back to their original position.
The sidewalk in front of a Wendy's in Battle creek needed help leveling its concrete. The sidewalk had become a tripping hazard due to the unevenness so our team was called and we installed PolyLevel. PolyLevel is a system designed to fix concrete slabs that have sunk by using a new product to lift the concrete slabs back to their original level. The new product used is a polyurethane foam that expands and has a high density in order to raise the concrete. The process is quite simple and is done by drilling small holes into the concrete and then inserting the foam into the holes. Also, the PolyLevel system is waterproof and long-lasting.
Tom had some sunken concrete around his Battle Creek home. The unleveled concrete was causing issues including Tom rolling an ankle due of the unevenness. He was worried it could happen again or that it may happen to his kids so he wanted it fixed as soon as possible. We used PolyLevel to lift and level the concrete to get rid of any safety hazards. PolyLevel is a light weight foam that is very strong and waterproof so it won't get washed away. It is injected under the sunken concrete to list it back up to the original level. The best past is it only takes about 1 minutes to cure, so they the process is not inconveniencing the homeowner.
