We used our PolyLevel solution on an old barn with a sinking floor in Turner, Michigan. Our crew at Ayers first makes little holes in the concrete and uses them to inject structural-grade polymer that will lift and level the slab. The holes are sealed and patched with concrete. His barn floor will now be even, eradicating this customer's safety concerns. This solution is cheaper and faster than remodeling the entire floor!
This slab in Whitehall, MI was in desperate need of repair -- that's when we received a call. We used our patented PolyLevel to lift the slab quickly and without much intrusion. The PolyLevel injection nozzle is less than the size of a penny, meaning your concrete slab will not be left with massive filler holes.
A customer from Whitehall had a business on the lake, and his business had these concrete slabs that were sinking, which was unsafe and looked terrible for his business. He gave us a call and we decided to install our advanced PolyLevel technology.
PolyLevel is a polymer injection foam, that is implanted into the concrete to level it out and make it stronger than ever. PolyLevel worked to raise and level out the concrete slabs while dealing with the weak soils below that were no longer able to hold the weight of the home above. We drilled multiple small holes into the concrete slabs in order to inject them with a polymer material that expanded to lift and level out the concrete. Once injected, the system only needed about 15 minutes to fully cure and the slabs were then stabilized and lifted to their proper level, and stronger than ever before. Now, this business owner will not have to worry about this ever again.
These homeowners called because their cement garage slab had cracked and sunk. They once had a septic tank located in the garage causing the cement to crack and after the tank was removed, the slab began to sink.
In order to repair the sinking concrete, we installed the PolyLevel system. This system is installed by drilling a few small holes in the slab that are then filled with high-density polymers that expand to raise the concrete slab back to its original position.
Rick and Sue have a portion of their front porch that is started to sink about 2 inches and is causing the porch to be uneven. They wanted it fixed to keep the owners and the porch safe. We used PolyLevel, a lightweight and waterproof foam, to lift the sunken area back up to the original level. This foam does not add extra weight or pressure to the unstable soil that caused the concrete to settle so it will provide a long lasting solution to the problem. The foam cures in about 15 minutes so the porch is usable in no time and getting the problem fixed is not inconvenient to the homeowners.
