Concrete Leveling Before & After Photos

A customer needed our help because the concrete slabs in his driveway were sinking. So he called our team and we installed PolyLevel, a waterproof and long-lasting system designed to fix concrete slabs that have sunk. It uses a polyurethane foam that expands and has a high density in order to lift the concrete slabs back to their original level. The process is quite simple and is done by drilling small holes into the concrete and then inserting the foam into the holes. 

Due to heavy water pressure, a customer's back patio was leaning towards his house. So he called our team to help level his concrete patio. Jim has a driveway and walkway that were settling and needed to be repaired. We used PolyLevel and NexusPro to fix the issues at hand. PolyLevel lifted and leveled the sunken concrete. NexusPro sealed the joints and cracks to make sure the concrete slab was not degraded from below. Both dry quickly so they are not inconvenient for the homeowner! 

Jim and his wife have a concrete slab on their porch that is settling. One corner is sinking more than the rest which is causing cracks. We used PolyLevel to lift the concrete back up to the original level and make sure it is even with the rest of the porch. We also used NexusPro to seal the cracks and make sure the concrete is not degraded from below.

A couple from Holton Michigan was seeking a solution to their unleveled sidewalk. Over the years, the sidewalk had become unlevel and a tripping hazard. The couple contacted Ayers and set up an inspection. The team at Ayers concluded that PolyLevel would be an excellent solution for the couple's sidewalk. PolyLevel utilizes a rigid foam injected below the cement, allowing the cement to be raised and leveled. After working with Ayers, the couple's sidewalk looked night and day different and was no longer a tripping hazard!
