Joann needed some repair to her concrete slabs in her garage. The slabs were cracking and encountering some settlement issues so our team installed PolyLevel. PolyLevel is a system designed to fix concrete slabs that have sunk by using a new product to lift the concrete slabs back to their original level. The new product used is a polyurethane foam that expands and has a high density in order to raise the concrete. The process is quite simple and is done by drilling small holes into the concrete and then inserting the foam into the holes. Also, the PolyLevel system is waterproof and long-lasting.
This Holland home wants to prepare for summer by lifting and leveling her pool patio. There is an area where the concrete has sunk a couple of inches with some of the concrete being cracked and broken. This can be dangerous to have around a pool for anyone but especially kids. We used PolyLevel which is a lightweight, waterproof foam to raise the concrete. To seal the cracks and prevent water or debris from getting under the concrete slabs, we used NexusPro.
Michael's walkway was uneven and cracked and he knew it was a safety hazard but wasn't sure how to fix it. After researching his options online, he called Ayers for assistance. Our team of specialists visited his home, and they suggested the installation of PolyLevel. The process starts by drilling a minimum number of pea-sized holes in the concrete slab and injecting polymer foam underneath it. The foam expands to raise the affected slab to the desired level. Michael loves his even walkway!
Jacob noticed the cracks in his driveway and sidewalk were growing and deepening. He didn't want anyone to get hurt by the obstacle, so he researched his options and called Ayers to learn about our concrete solutions. Our team of experts visited his home to assess the issue and recommended a PolyLevel injection. PolyLevel is an advanced system of mud-jacking where polymer foam is injected into voids beneath the slabs and then expands to raise the concrete. After a brief drying period, the concrete will be stable enough to walk and drive on. Jacob feels much safer in his driveway!
Are you planning on having some pool parties this summer? We all know kids like to run around the pool and "horse" around and it's your responsibility to make sure they're safe. Cracks in the cement around your pool can be a safety concern and they make your pool area all that less appealing. Replacing all the concrete when it starts to crack is very expensive and invasive which is why we offer another solution, PolyLevel.
PolyLevel is high-density polymer that is injected beneath the concrete to lift it back up to its desired height. Small holes, a little smaller than a penny, are drilled in the cement which is where the material is injected. This procedure isn't very invasive and cures in about 15 minutes so it can be driven or played on rather quickly after installation.
