This Charlotte business had some cracked and sinking concrete in their handicap ramp. The uneven concrete is causing issues with some of the people that go there. We used PolyLevel to lift and level the concrete in the ramp. This lightweight foam does not add more pressure to the already unstable soil beneath the concrete slabs. To fix some cracks that are within the concrete slabs, we used NexusPro. This sealant keeps water and debris from getting under the the concrete and degrading it from below. Both dry in a fraction of the time compared to other solutions so it is not an inconvenience for the business!
Two parts of Frank's sidewalk were uneven and causing people to trip so he called our team. We installed PolyLevel, a system designed to fix concrete slabs that have sunk by using a new product to lift the concrete slabs back to their original level. The new product used is a polyurethane foam that expands and has a high density in order to raise the concrete. The process is quite simple and is done by drilling small holes into the concrete and then inserting the foam into the holes. Also, the PolyLevel system is waterproof and long-lasting.
This Okemos homeowner had a driveway with about half of the slabs are sinking. It causes some issues with driving and walking due to the unevenness. We decided to use PolyLevel to raise the slabs sunken concrete slabs back to the original position. PolyLevel is a light weight injectable foam that is waterproof so it won't wash away. It also cures in about 15 minutes so it won't be inconvenient to the homeowners.
The sidewalk to the homes front door has sunk about 2 inches in a couple different spots. They have used us to level concrete before and knew we could fix the uneven trip hazard. We used PolyLevel to raise the fallen concrete back to the original level. PolyLevel is a light weight but very strong foam that is injected under the concrete. It is waterproof and stable so it won't wash away or react with the soils. The best part is that is cures in such a short amount time that it will not disturb that homeowners.
Pam was experiencing an unlevel entrance to her home. The sunken concrete and stairway was not only unsightly, but created a tripping hazard for visiting guests. Once injecting our PolyLevel® foam into the sunken concrete slabs and stairway, the entrance was once again level and the porch stair was no longer slanted. In addition we installed NexusPro into the joints and cracks of the sidewalk to help seal the newly raised slabs and prevent water and debris from degrading it from below again. Pam now has a safe entrance for those entering through the front of her home.
