Concrete Leveling Before & After Photos

This customer has some concrete slabs in his walkway that were uneven and his stairs were separating from the walkway. He wanted this to be fixed so that water wouldnt get under the stairs and so no one would trip. We installed PolyLevel to fix the sunken concrete. PolyLevel is a strong but light weight foam that is used to raise driveways, sidewalks, and walkways. It is waterproof and stable so it won't wash away or react with the soil. PolyLevel also has a quick curing time so it doesn't cause any inconvenience to you or your space.

Jason and Kristin had concrete on their front walkway that had sunk making the path very uneven. The bottom step has also settled and dropped making the stairs uneven. They wanted all the concrete to be level so no water could get underneath and make it worse. We used PolyLevel to raise the concrete back to the original level. This customer contacted us because they wanted to lift the northwest corner of their garage slab that has sunk over time. We were able to go through and drill small holes (smaller than a penny) and insert our PolyLevel to raise the slab back to its original height. The PolyLevel can be driven on 15 minutes after installation and won't ever wash out after being installed. The PolyLevel is also able to lift almost 4,000 pounds per square foot of material, which is insanely strong. This is a great option to restore property value and no one will have to trip on the uneven ground. 

A customer needed help repairing the foundation in part of his home because the bricks were separating from each other and causing the floor to crack. So our team installed helical piers to stop any settlement. Overtime the piers will bring the foundation back to its original level. We installed the helical piers deep into the soil underneath the foundation for a quick installation and permanent solution.
