Concrete Leveling Before & After Photos

Jason and Kristin had concrete on their front walkway that had sunk making the path very uneven. The bottom step has also settled and dropped making the stairs uneven. They wanted all the concrete to be level so no water could get underneath and make it worse. We used PolyLevel to raise the concrete back to the original level. PolyLevel is a strong but light weight foam that is injected underneath the concrete slabs. This foam is waterproof so it wont wash away and it cures in only 15 minutes so the homeowners don't have to worry about not being on it for an extended period of time!

Amy realized the lip between her sidewalk and driveway was growing deeper, and she didnt want to trip on it. PolyLevel is a process that drills a minimum number of pea-sized holes and uses them to inject polymer foam beneath the compromised concrete slab. This customer contacted us because they wanted to lift the northwest corner of their garage slab that has sunk over time. We were able to go through and drill small holes (smaller than a penny) and insert our PolyLevel to raise the slab back to its original height. The PolyLevel can be driven on 15 minutes after installation and won't ever wash out after being installed. The PolyLevel is also able to lift almost 4,000 pounds per square foot of material, which is insanely strong. This is a great option to restore property value and no one will have to trip on the uneven ground. 

The enclosed front porch of Terri's house was sinking and the floor was beginning to crack. So he called our team and we installed PolyLevel, a system designed to fix concrete slabs that have sunk by using a new product to lift the concrete slabs back to their original level. The new product used is a polyurethane foam that expands and has a high density in order to raise the concrete. The process is quite simple and is done by drilling small holes into the concrete and then inserting the foam into the holes. Also, the PolyLevel system is waterproof and long-lasting.  

A customer needed help repairing the foundation in part of his home because the bricks were separating from each other and causing the floor to crack. So our team installed helical piers to stop any settlement. Overtime the piers will bring the foundation back to its original level. We installed the helical piers deep into the soil underneath the foundation for a quick installation and permanent solution.
