Concrete Leveling Before & After Photos

A local church in Berrien Springs was beginning to see significant signs of shifting of their concrete, which was becoming very uneven and had some mild cracks. The church called Ayers to see what we could do, and we were able to lift and level several areas of their concrete with our Polylevel technology, along with the installation of our NexusPro sealant in the cracks to no longer allow for water to enter into those cracks.

Joel and Margaret have lived in their home for many years. The driveway slabs, which were poured in the 80s, have started to sink, crack, and separate over time. Recognizing the need for maintenance, they reached out to Ayers for assistance. Upon inspection, it was determined that their driveway required the application of our Polylevel and NexusPro products to lift and level the slabs to appropriate heights and seal the cracks. Homeowners in Sparta, MI were looking to repair their concrete pool deck prior to the next summer season. There was evidence of sinking of their concrete, as well as several new cracks. A customer from Belmont called us about his driveway and how it was unlevel now. We drove over there and decided to install our PolyLevel technology. PolyLevel is an advanced polymer injection foam that we blast into the concrete which levels it and makes it stronger than ever before.

PolyLevel worked to raise and level out the concrete slabs while dealing with the weak soils below that were no longer able to hold the weight of the home above. We drilled multiple small holes into the concrete slabs in order to inject them with a polymer material that expanded to lift and level out the concrete. Once injected, the system only needed about 15 minutes to fully cure and the slabs were then stabilized and lifted to their proper level, and stronger than ever before. Now, this homeowner will not have to worry about this ever again.

Phyllis worried about the cracks in her driveway's concrete slabs, as they protruded out and could be a safety concern. She decided to call Ayers and learn more about our concrete repair solutions. Our experts visited her home to inspect the driveway and suggested an advanced mud-jacking process called PolyLevel. This process injects polymer foam into voids underneath the concrete slab through pea-sized holes, which then expands to raise the slab to the desired level. Phyllis loves her driveway's new look.
