Stopping Sinking Concrete in Jackson, MI

This is a house in Jackson, MI that was experiencing a sinking and uneven patch of sidewalk near the sunroom. This is a tripping hazard and could be a real problem if there were children running around or guests over. Luckily we have a super effective, low-profile solution called PolyLevel. PolyLevel works by injecting a structural grade polymer into and under the concrete slabs through tiny holes. It then expands to the exact size and pressure to move that concrete slab back into place. This is a great affordable, permanent, and environmentally friendly solution!

PolyLevel Lifts Concrete Back To Safe Height in Jackson, MI

Bob B. called us because the cement slab by his steps on the porch was sinking and it kept getting worse over time. He was worried that someone was going to get hurt so he wanted to see about raising the slab back to it's original height. We sent out a system design specialist to check it out and we were able to do just that with our PolyLevel system.

PolyLevel is a simple repair to sinking concrete slabs on your porch, around your pool, your sidewalks etc. This method uses high-density, structural grade polymers to to raise slabs back to the desired level. Small holes (smaller than a penny), are drilled into the cement and and the polymers are then injected into the void. Once the void is filled the polymers expand and allow the slab to lift. The material is waterproof so it can't get washed out and it cures very quickly and is usually ready about 15 minutes after being done.

Sidewalk Leveled at Jackson, MI Condo

Oak Hill Condominium association wanted to ensure that the condo they had for sale was ready for the next owner and would be an easy sale. We did some waterproofing work to the basement and also did some concrete leveling to the sidewalks around the condo.

There's many reasons you should fix your sinking concrete. For example, the problem will continue to get worse, it affects the resale value, it's safety hazard and let's be honest it's not very appealing. Just because your concrete is starting to crack or sink doesn't mean that you have to replace it, we offer a much simpler and less invasive solution.

PolyLevel uses high-density polymers to raise slabs back to their desired level. This is accomplished by drilling small holes in the concrete and then injecting the polymers into the void. The holes are small (about the size of a penny). The material is waterproof so it won't wash out beneath the slab and its cure time is so quick it can be driven on within 15 minutes after installation.

Lifting Front Porch Steps and Keeping Guests Safe

Tom called us to fix his concrete steps and the slab leading to the steps. The steps have sunk a couple inches and look as if they are starting to pull away from the porch. Tom's wife recently had surgery on her knee and he wants the walkway and porch to be safer for her and other guests that visit. We used PolyLevel to lift the concrete back to a level position. PolyLevel is a waterproof foam that cures in about 15 minutes making it a quick, but long lasting solution to settling concrete. To seal the cracks and joints in the concrete, we used NexusPro which is a sealant that holds up in harsh weather. This prevents things from getting under the concrete and degrading it below

PolyLevel Solves Draining Issue in Royal Oak, MI

Erin and Michael realized a large crack had formed in the garage, causing a void. The couple tried to fill the void, yet it only worsened their situation as water had no way to drain. The couple reached out to Ayers to find a permanent solution. After inspecting their home, the team suggested the PolyLevel System. PolyLevel is a system where foam is inserted below the cement allowing the team to rise and level the cement. Erin and Michael were thrilled with the solution; their cement could now drain correctly and looked terrific!
