I am truly impressed with the quality of your organization, and the way you stand behind your work. I had work done on my home in Battle Creek, and a bigger job done on my cottage in South Haven. The South Haven job had to be done over because the first guy didn't do the job right. I was fortunate enough to be working with Troy Baxter, and then Dan Bemman and his team who came out in the dead of winter to fix my basement and do the job right. In addition, I know there was another gentleman named Zack who was also involved.
I find it refreshing to deal with a company that is willing to admit when they didn't do the job right and the go back and fix it. This just doesn't happen everyday and I didn't want to pass without reaching out to you directly. I could go on and on with the reasons I am happy with my choice of your company to do the work, but instead I'll just say thank you for building a company of employees that truly care about the customer. Please take my note and share it with these great employees because, again, they embody what you've taught them I'm sure, that the customer comes first. I felt that with each of them as I worked with the along the way.
