Jon noticed minor cracks in the wall where water was seeping through. Water was pooling onto the floor, causing frustrating damage. He called Ayers for waterproofing solutions, so we sent a crew to make the proper recommendations. Our system design specialist on the job site suggested our WaterGuard system and FlexiSpan solutions. First, we installed FlexiSpan to seal the cracks. We apply a flexible sealant to the full extent of the slit, then a strip of porous and flexible foam is placed over the wall. The final step is installing a subfloor drainage system right below the wall so that if water does permeate, it will flow into this drain. This drain is our WaterGuard system in this case. This drain collects water leaking through the walls. The water then goes to the sump pump it's hooked to. We conceal the system with poured concrete. Now Jon is worry-free from further water damage!
Todd was tired of his sump pump being unable to keep up with the water intrusion after heavy rains. He decided to make the call to Ayers for a permanent fix. Our crew inspected his home and concluded our WaterGuard System would tackle the water leaks. The WaterGuard System is a subfloor drain installed along the perimeter of the basement at the bottom of the walls. This product ensures the water leaking through the walls gets collected and directed to his sump pump. The drain is placed in a bed of drainage stone on top of the foundation's footing to prevent clogging. This drainage system is also concealed after installation by poured concrete. Todd's belongings are no longer getting soaked by these pesky water leaks!
A wet basement is no beauty -- as seen in the picture of this basement in Olivet, MI. However, we have a solution: WaterGuard. The WaterGuard French drain system rests below the floor and on top of the foundation footing, collecting the water that drains through your basement walls. The water is then filtered into your sump pump. This is a great way to avoid a water issue in your basement.
David owns a commercial building, and the basement has a water intrusion issue. The water has come into the basement about four times in the past couple of years and covers about a quarter of the floor. Their drain system was not working, so they were sucking up the water with a shop vac. We used the WaterGuard Below Floor Drain to collect the water and send it to the sump pump to be discharged outside. We also installed a new sump pump to keep the water out. The TripleSafe provides three levels of protection from water, even in cases of a power outage or a pump malfunction.
Amanda had water coming in her basement and it is now standing water. She needed a solution to the standing water and wanted it fixed so it woulnd't happen again. We decided the WaterGuard was the best option for her and the leaks. The drain is installed under the floor and collects the water that seeps into the basement. The WaterGuard takes the water collected and drains it to the sump pump to be expelled out of the home.
