To lift and stabilize their sagging floors, we installed crawl space support jacks (SmartJack® system) and a structural spray concrete layer (shotcrete) to seal and reinforce the old fieldstone foundation. We then added drainage matting to manage water beneath the surface and sealed everything with a heavy-duty crawl space moisture barrier (CleanSpace®). Now, Melissa and Terry have a safer, drier, and stronger home; they can feel confident in it for years to come.
