Eugene's floor has been ruined by water damage, so she called our team. Our team installed the ThermalDry Elite Plank Flooring in Eugene’s home. Made completely from inorganic material, it is not vulnerable to mold or water damage. In addition, this flooring works perfectly with our waterproofing systems. This flooring will allow Eugene to have nice wood flooring in her basement without having to worry about it being ruined by water damage.
This Sturgis couple wanted to add an Egress window to their partially finished basement to make the area livable. When there is a livable space, building codes require the home to have an Egress window. Egress windows are windows that are large enough to allow a safe exit from the home in case of emergencies. A window well is also installed which has steps or a ladder. On top of all that, Egress windows allow a lot of natural light and fresh air into the basement which makes the room look larger and more inviting!
The floors in Michele’s home were unlevel because her house was settling due to poor crawl space supports. So she called our team and we installed SmartJack. SmartJack is a system produced to halt your sagging floors. Floors above crawl spaces are vulnerable due to the moisture and soils in your crawl space. The Smart Jack system is a permanent fix to these issues. It uses steel columns, threaded rods and a solid base to address any issues your crawl space may introduce to your floors. Installing this system usually takes less than a day and it provides immediate stabilization.
A customer needed help leveling his concrete patio and sidewalk so he called our team. We installed PolyLevel, a system designed to fix concrete slabs that have sunk by using a new product to lift the concrete slabs back to their original level. The new product used is a polyurethane foam that expands and has a high density in order to raise the concrete. The process is quite simple and is done by drilling small holes into the concrete and then inserting the foam into the holes. Also, the PolyLevel system is waterproof and long-lasting.
Lou and his wife's forever home was perfect! It was built in 1991 and in great condition. The only thing wrong with it was the driveway. Two or three sections of the concrete needed to be leveled, and the whole thing needed to be sealed. They called Ayers for an inspection and our crew determined that they would need PolyLevel and NesusPro.
The PolyLevel system is used to repair sinking concrete by drilling minuscule holes into the slab and filling them with foam. The foam raises the slab and fortifies it to make it last even longer. NexusPro is a sealant that fills cracks in the concrete. It is extremely withstanding to harsh weather so it will remain flexible for years.
Lou and his wife were ecstatic to be able to finalize the last piece of their forever home. This fix was simple and done in one day.
