Martin wanted his crawl space encapsulated to keep out mold and water. We first installed the Drainage Matting. This mat has dimples in it to allow any water that gets in to flow under the liner and can be directed to the sump pump. The CleanSpace Liner is installed over top of the matting as a vapor barrier. This liner stops water vapor, humidity, and pests from passing through the foundation into the space. There is also an additive in the liner which prevents mold growth to keep the space and home dry!

Shadows called Ayers because she was hoping for help replacing the window well for her Egress Window with something heavier. Our crew decided to install our heavy-duty Rockwell Premier Series Tan lid and Egress Window Rockwell Cover for it. We installed our well with steps in it and a cover to ensure a safe exit for Shadow's family in the case of an emergency. This system is more efficient and once the lid is attached, it will prevent debris or outside critters from infesting the area. Shadow was happy to receive professional help. She loved the new, more attractive Egress Window cover!

Marilynn noticed that her retaining wall was deteriorating, and large cracks had formed. These issues worried her, and she contacted us at Ayers Basement Systems to find a solution. An Inspection of the area determined that Geo-Lock Wall Anchors would be perfect for the situation. Geo-Lock Wall Anchors Utilize load-bearing plates and steel rods to create a pulling force against the wall. Once the system was set, the team was able to tighten the system and permanently stabilize Marilynn's retaining wall!
