Time and mother nature had taken their toll on Frank's foundation. Frank's floor began to bow, thus he decided to call Ayers and set up a home inspection. An Ayers System Design Specialist determined structural supports were needed to support the home's floor joist. Thus, The team at Ayers suggested and installed SmartJacks! The SmartJack system utilizes a load-bearing concrete base and steel columns that are connected to the floor joist. Once installed, The SmartJack system was able to raise Frank's floor back to level and permanently stabilize his home! 

Frank and Kelly just moved into their home and noticed the foundation started to sink. They wanted to do the renovations themselves but called Ayers to see if we had any advice. Once our crew inspected this problem area, they concluded helical piers were necessary. This solution consists of helical plates welded to the pier shaft. These plates help pull the pier into the soil during installation and provide anchoring strength as the weight of the foundation transfers to the pier. The advantage of this solution is they have the versatility for stabilizing and restoring settling foundations. Laura feels relieved now that her garage foundation is finally permanently addressed!

Anne was worried the water pooling in her basement could cause problems or lead to significant damage, so she called Ayers. We sent our experts to her home, who realized Anne's issue was a sump pump failure. They recommended and installed TripleSafe, which has three pumps, one of which is battery-powered in case of a power outage. Anne is happy her basement is permanently dry!

Mike called Ayers since he was looking into getting his crawl space repaired as there was some water intrusion and he didn't have it properly sealed. After an inspection was conducted our System Design Specialists recommended we install CleanSpace and the installation process began. CleanSpace is perfect as this is a thick, durable, and waterproof plastic liner that is placed on the crawl space floor, protecting it from excess moisture development. The vapor barrier it holds is what prevents this development which leads to nasty mold or bacteria growth. We even added our SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier to clean and dry the air as well to keep the space clean and dry for Mike!
