Chris was on the lookout for the right company to encapsulate his dirt crawl space. He decided to choose Ayers for the job, so we sent a crew for a free inspection. Our System Design Specialists determined that CleanSpace along with our TripleSafe Sump Pump System would provide the best encapsulation for Chris. CleanSpace is a durable plastic liner that we place on the crawl space floor, protecting it from excess moisture. The vapor barrier it holds will prevent the development of mold or bacteria, making it a much more efficient solution than a regular tarp from the store. The drainage channel is sealed with a special adhesive to the floor, and a small space is left along the wall to allow wall leaks to drain directly into the channel. The water is collected and then rerouted to the sump pump, which will pump the water out of the basement and away from the home through a discharge line.
