Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

Angela and Guillermo had various issues with their basement and didn't know what to do. They decided to call Ayers and seek a professional opinion. The team at Ayers determined from the home inspection that cracks in the foundation and structural supports were causing various problems. Angela and Guillermo wanted a permanent solution, so they installed different waterproofing and structural supports. One of the waterproofing products installed was CleanSpace which creates a moisture barrier and makes the space look great! Linda's crawl space was in need of a good fixer-upper job since it was pure dirt, rubble and cobwebs! She decided to call Ayers for our crawl space repair solutions so we sent a crew for a free inspection. From this it was determined that our CleanSpace solution would clean it right up. First we install our Drainage Matting under the CleanSpace liner. This is a dimpled mat that gives any water flooding into the crawl space a channel to be directed to the sump pump or drainage system. Then we add our CleanSpace liner which is made of a thick, waterproof plastic material that is inorganic. It has a vapor barrier property that rids the crawl space of that excess moisture that leads to mold or bacteria. Linda's crawl space has never looked cleaner!
