Scott and Lori have settled concrete in the driveway, front porch, and back porch. They were painting the exterior and updating the home so they wanted to add concrete repair to their list of fixes. PolyLevel was used to lift and level the sunken concrete. To seal the cracks and joints of the concrete, we used NexusPro Joint Sealant. Both cure in a short amount of time so the process won't be an inconvenience to the homeowners!
Paul and Micheala needed help repairing the concrete around their pool and in the front of their house. So they called our team and we installed PolyLevel, a waterproof and long-lasting system designed to fix concrete slabs that have sunk. It uses a polyurethane foam that expands and has a high density in order to lift the concrete slabs back to their original level. The process is quite simple and is done by drilling small holes into the concrete and then inserting the foam into the holes.
A homeowner from Fennville, Michigan, was looking to repair the sidewalk leading to his front door. Over the years, the cement had become unlevel, so he called Ayers to find a permanent solution. The team at Ayers concluded that the concrete had settled, causing the issues.
The team at Ayers suggested PolyLevel as it would permanently stabilize and level his sidewalk! PolyLevel utilizes an injectable foam inserted below the cement allowing the team at Ayers to level and stabilize the cement! The homeowner was thrilled with the installation, as the sidewalk was in much better shape!
Richard and Lisa called us because the concrete slabs that made up their driveway were shifting and separating. The driveway was sinking lower than the garage and, when it rained, sand would come through the gaps between slabs.
A quick PolyLEVEL injection brought everything back into the right place, making the driveway safe for cars and feet alike.
Kevin called us because his walk ways to the house were unlevel. They had been sinking for a couple years but they were pretty bad and causing a tripping hazzard. We injected PolyLevel Foam to lift the sunken concete slabs and level out the walk ways. PolyLevel is a light weight foam that lifts up concrete slabs but strong enough to hold up under heavy loads on the pavement. It is waterproof and won't reacts with soil or moisture so that it won't wash away of degrade. The foam also has a very quick curing time of about 15 minutes so that you can walk or drive on it soon after the injection is complete.
