There were huge cracks and uneven spots around Steve's pool. So he called our team and we installed PolyLevel, a waterproof and long-lasting system designed to fix concrete slabs that have sunk by a polyurethane foam. This foam expands and has a high density in order to raise the concrete. The process is quite simple and is done by drilling small holes into the concrete and then inserting the foam into the holes.
John and Sherry needed help repairing their bowed basement wall. So our team installed the GeoLock Anchor System which permanently stabilizes walls and in most cases it can eventually straighten the wall back to its original position. The system is installed by putting heavy anchors in stable soil away from your foundation wall. This system is ideal because it involves minimal disturbance to your lawn and home.
Roxanne worried about the ability of moisture to enter her home through the crawl space. She wasn't convinced that her crawl space vents were fighting the problem, so she called Ayers. We sent a team of experts to her home to investigate and recommend a solution. Roxanne's open vents were allowing outside air and moisture to enter her home, causing mold growth, leading to structural damage. The team decided to install CleanSpace vent covers, which offer encapsulation, ensuring no air or moisture leaks through the vents. Roxanne is excited to have a dry, mold-free crawl space!
Scott noticed water from outside draining into his basement. He wasn't sure what to do and called Ayers for help. Our team inspected his house, and the drainage pipes were clogged with mud. They suggested WaterGuard, a drainage system for your basement designed to sit on top of the footing rather than alongside, reducing clogging. Scott was excited to have a dry basement once again!
Vera was worried about the small crack in her basement wall because she didn't want this issue to progress into a bigger problem in the long run so she called Ayers. We conducted a free inspection so we could make our recommendation which was to install FlexiSpan. This is a two-layer sealant that will fill the crack with a polyurethane sealant and we then create a drainage route for the water intrusion. A drainage well is placed below the floor and under the white panel we place over the now sealed crack. This is where the water will be directed if any water permeates. Vera was grateful to have these troubling wall leaks finally resolved!
