The customer experienced basement flooding and we helped the family waterproof their semi-finished basement. We installed our complete WaterGuard perimeter drainage system and a TripleSafe sump pump. The family wanted to complete the process of finishing their newly waterproofed basement. They opted for our ThermalDry Elite Plank Flooring system giving this family peace of mind that their nice flooring will not be ruined by water damage.
Water is entering Scott’s basement through his basement floor. He does not have a working sump so he called our team to help waterproof his basement. We installed TripleSafe and SaniDry and a few other systems to fully waterproof his basement. TripleSafe is a sump pump system that is battery powered which will allow Scott to not worry about his basement flooding during power outages. The SaniDry XP Basement Dehumidifier never needs to be emptied because the water drains automatically. Also, it is ten times more powerful than typical dehumidifiers. Installing these pieces will keep Scott’s basement dry no matter what weather his house encounters.
Rachelle has a swamp behind her home and her crawl space gets a musty smell in the summer. She called us to get the craw space encapsulated. We first laid down Drainage Matting to direct the flow of any water towards the sump pump to be expelled outside of the area. We then installed the CleanSpace Crawl Space Vapor Barrier to keep out humidity and water vapor. These will keep out water, smells, and pests that are unwanted in the crawl space to create the area a homeowner could be happy about!

The Cunninghams inherited a beautiful home from one of their parents and had to find a team they knew would not ruin a sentimental home while preserving it for the future market. Looking to renovate, Mr. Cunningham found approximately 1.5 inches in drift on the east wall and an inch on the southern in his basement, as confirmed by our foreman Jeff. The job required stabilization work as well as requested cosmetic changes like flooring and window placement.
The project required wall excavation as well as structural reinforcement, and a permanent solution for the movement of the wall. PowerBrace rods line one wall and the other is fitted with Geo-Lock Anchors and finished with Joist reinforcements. The PowerBrace anchors to the floor through a cement block in the ground and ceiling along the wall, constantly applying support to the basement where needed. a Geo-Lock system, one of the most permanent solutions offered, is based underground on the outside of the wall and the opposite side is a plate bolted and sealed into place.
After the wall work was completed, the rim joist was reinforced and a new Egress window was installed as well as new wood flooring.
