Larry T. called us because he was concerned that his home had settled a bit and wanted to see about getting it lifted back up. The foundation is made of block and there was no issue with sticking doors or windows but he did have sagging floors. We took a look at the issue up front and had the perfect solution.

Richard had heavy water intrusion in his crawl space so she called our team for help. In order to encapsulate his crawl space we installed CleanSpace. CleanSpace is an uninterrupted vapor barrier. This material is applied to the walls and floor of your crawl space. It restricts all moisture, outside air, and pests from entering your crawl space. This system creates an energy-efficient crawl space, and it also gives your crawl space a clean finish.

A customer had heavy water intrusion into his crawl space so he called our team and asked us to completely seal of his crawl space. We insulated his rim joists because small cracks and seams can exist around rim joists. However, after insulating them all of those cracks are sealed off. Now flow is restricted keeping moisture and unwanted allergens out.

This homeowner had some water issues in her basement from where the wall meets the floor and it was creating small puddles in the area. We installed the WaterGuard system which is installed under the floor but above the foundation to keep the drain from clogging. It collects the water that seeps into the basement and sends it to the sump pump to be discharged outside the home. We also installed the DoubleSafe Sump Pump which provides 2 levels of protection to the basement in case of a pump malfunction.

Lisa had a small crack in her basement wall that was leaking water. We installed the WaterGuard System to collect water that seeps into the basement and drain it to the sump pump to be expelled outside of the home. We also installed the CleanSpace Wall System. it keeps water vapor from passing through the wall and sends it to the sump pump. The CleanSpace also has an anti-microbial protection built in so no mold or mildew will grow.
