This couple in Holland,MI wanted to clean up and encapsulate their crawlspace, hopefully making it a usable storage space for kayaks and other water sports supplies. We were able to help them accomplish that goal thanks to our durable CleanSpace material. Most moisture barriers from crawl spaces consist of thin plastic that easily rips and doesn't attach well to walls. The CleanSpace material is strong and thick and is difficult to rip. SilverGlo insulation also lines the walls to help reflect warmth back into the home and frothpak in the rim joists and cracks helps to seal off any openings. This crawl space is now in tip top shape. 

Richard had water entering his crawl space so he called our team. We installed CleanSpace, a plastic sheet material used as a vapor barrier to restrict all moisture, outside air, and pests from entering your crawl space. Not only does this system create an energy-efficient crawl space, but it also gives your crawl space a clean finish. This material will be applied to your floors and walls to create a sleek look and an uninterrupted barrier.

A customer called our team because he wanted his crawl space to be completely sealed off. So we insulated his rim joists because seams and small cracks can exist around them. By sealing them off we restrict flow of air or any type of moisture. So now, outside air will be kept out and inside air will be kept in.

Dale had many buildings that had sinking concrete in the front so he called our team for help. We installed PolyLevel, a system designed to fix concrete slabs that have sunk. It uses a new product to lift the concrete slabs back to their original level. The new product used is a polyurethane foam that expands and has a high density in order to raise the concrete. The process is quite simple and is done by drilling small holes into the concrete and then inserting the foam into the holes. Also, the PolyLevel system is waterproof and long-lasting. 

Deborah wanted her crawl space encapsulated because her floors would be cold in the winter. So she called our team and installed CleanSpace. CleanSpace is an uninterrupted vapor barrier.
