Ayers Basement Systems Before & After Photos

Paul had some cracks inside and out side of his home. There was a floor joist where the cracks were starting and it was starting to bow. He was worried it would get worse and wanted a solution. We installed Push Piers to stabilize the home. These piers are installed next to the footings and attached with a heavy duty steel bracket and are the best option when soil conditions are unknown to permanently stabilize the home.

Water was entering a homeowner’s basement through small cracks on the walls. She called our team and we installed the CleanSpace Basement Finishing Wall System to prevent any more water intrusion. This system acts as a vapor and moisture barrier by using a poly sheet material to completely cover basement foundation walls. The material is waterproof, stain resistant and can be applied over many different types of surfaces. This system was perfect for this homeowner and put a stop to all water intrusion into her basement immediately.

This homeowner called for a solution to the unevenness in his settling driveway. We used PolyLevel which is a strong but light weight foam. This foam is waterproof and stable so it won't wash away or react with soils. It cures in about 15 minutes so it is full load bearing in a short period of time. We then used NexusPro Crack Repair to seal the cracks that formed from the concrete falling. NexusPro prevents water and debris from degrading the slab from below. It is a silicone-based filler and specifically designed to withstand harsh weather. Like PolyLevel, its drying time is quick and it dries in about an hour.

This Hastings homeowner has been maintaining her home by completing projects the past couple years. She called us because she found several areas that had cracked or sunken concrete like the back porch, driveway, and the walkway to the front porch. She wanted all the cracks sealed and the settled concrete lifted. We used PolyLevel and NexusPro to fix her issues and keep her safe in her home! PolyLevel is an injectable foam that is used to lift the concrete back to the original level. NexusPro seals the cracks and joints of the concrete to keep things from getting under neath and degrading the slab from below.

The SmartJack system utilizes a concrete load-bearing base that is poured into a pre-dug hole. Once the bottom is set, a steel column is cut to the desired height and attached to a supplemental support beam across the floor joist. This system will permanently stabilize her home and, most importantly, stop the floor from sagging by bringing it back to a level height. Alexandra was happy to have found a solution that fixed her floor and stabilized her home!
