Robin was alarmed by the amount of water leaking into her basement. She wasn't sure why this was happening and called Ayers for help. Our team inspected the house and decided to install the CleanSpace vapor barrier. CleanSpace is an antimicrobial lined material that attaches to the walls and floors. This forms an uninterrupted defense against pests, moisture, and mold growth. CleanSpace is also more durable and efficient than a store-bought tarp, allowing for lower energy costs. Our certified systems design specialist determined that the Clean Space Encapsulation System would best combat the family’s issues and ensure a long lasting solution. To fully waterproof Tim and Carol’s crawlspace, our team utilized the crawl space vapor barrier liner, drainage matting and the SaniDry XP. The vapor barrier liner seals the dirt ground, preventing the evaporation of moisture into the air. In combination with the liner, the SaniDry XP dehumidifier eliminates any of the remaining moisture in the air. No moisture means no mold!

A musty smell was wafting through Tim and Carol’s house due to heavy moisture in their crawl space. Our team installed CleanSpace in order to keep moisture out and SaniDry to get all the water vapor out of the air. CleanSpace is a plastic sheet material used as a vapor barrier to restrict all moisture, outside air, and pests from entering your crawl space. The SaniDry XP Basement Dehumidifier never needs to be emptied because the water drains automatically and it is ten times more powerful than typical dehumidifiers.

Mary noticed moisture  was entering her crawl space that resulted from the vents. They allowed outside air in, causing moisture to form and making the problem worse. We installed our Everlast vent covers. The Everlast vent covers are made of plastic so they won’t rust or rot.  They seal the air out, insulate, and improve the appearance of your home.

This homeowner called because his foundation basement wall was bowing and had continued to get worse over the course of many years. To fix this bowing wall problem, we decided to install the Geo-Lock wall anchor system to fully stabilize his wall and hopefully return it to its original position.

The Geo-Lock anchor system is installed by digging out the soil outside of your home in order to place a galvanized steel anchor into the soil. That anchor is then connected to steel rods located on a steel plate in the basement wall, which will hold the foundation wall in place. The backfill and sod are both replaced during this installation and the anchors can be tightened over time to hopefully shift the wall back to its original position.
