A homeowner in Richland Michigan needed help waterproofing her basement because she kept noticing water collecting inside of it. She gave us a call so she could receive our professional help. We drove to her house to give her a free estimate and noticed the crawl was not properly insulated from the outside environment. To fix that we installed our advanced CleanSpace technology. CleanSpace is a 20 mil thick plastic liner that fits to the crawl space to completely seal the home from the earth. Polyester cord reinforcement allows for a lot of durability, to make it last longer than the home will. This liner also contains an antimicrobial additive to prevent mold. Now this homeowner will not have to worry about a wet crawl space ever again.
For the past few years, Annette and Thomas have had a drafty house. Their home is especially cooler in the winter because their crawl space isn't properly sealed off. So our team insulated their rim joists. Small cracks and seams can exist around rim joists, but after insulating them all of those cracks are sealed off. Now airflow is restricted keeping outside air out and inside air in. Annette and Thomas will no longer have to worry about their home being cold during the long winter months in Michigan.
Alan and Janet needed the concrete in their garage fixed in order to prevent their wall from bowing. So we installed PolyLevel, a system designed to fix concrete slabs that have sunk by using a new product to lift the concrete slabs back to their original level. The new product used is a polyurethane foam that expands and has a high density in order to raise the concrete. The process is quite simple and is done by drilling small holes into the concrete and then inserting the foam into the holes. Also, the PolyLevel system is waterproof and long-lasting.
Scott was looking to repair the sidewalk at his business as it had become a tripping hazard. After an Ayers specialist inspected the sidewalk, the team determined that the cement had settled. Scott replaced the concrete to remove the tripping hazard and make the sidewalk look better. Scott was thrilled with how the crew at Ayers conducted the job and how the sidewalk turned out!
Jodi and Rick have lived in their house for years. The concrete slabs in the garage were poured in the 70s and were severely cracked and sinking. They had them lifted once before in the 90s, but it dint last very long and ended up just making matters worse. The couple called Ayers for an inspection and our crew knew we could take care of this for them easily with PolyLevel and NexusPro.
The PolyLevel system is used to repair sinking concrete by drilling minuscule holes into the slab and filling them with foam. The foam raises the slab and fortifies it to make it last even longer. NexusPro is a sealant that fills the cracks in the concrete. It is extremely withstanding to harsh weather so it will remain intact for years.
Jodi and Rick were so grateful to Ayers for finally being able to take care of this problem permanently. They can go into this winter knowing the cracks won’t destroy the driveway and garage.
