This Holt condo has a retaining wall in the backyard that is cracked and is tilting in towards the home. We installed the GeoLock Wall Anchor System to save the wall and the home. These anchors are made of galvanized steel and work by extending from the wall to the stable, hard packed soil beyond the wall. They anchor into these stronger soils and brace the wall, preventing any further movement.
Richard called us because he had a three season room that had a sinking corner. The sinking support posts were causing issues like windows getting stuck and the floors becoming unleveled. We used SmartJacks support posts to stabilize the sinking corner. The SmartJacks are attached to the floor joists and have a sturdy base. Once installed, the posts can be adjusted to raise the floors back to the original level.
Craig's front walkway was uneven and cracking, causing a major safety hazard. After last summer, it only got worse. Craig called Ayers for an inspection and we determined that his home was the perfect candidate for PolyLevel
PolyLevel is a system used to repair sinking concrete by drilling minuscule holes into the slab and filling them with foam. The foam raises the slab and fortifies it to make it last even longer. Craig was grateful that we could take care of this problem that has been bugging him for a while.
Cynthia had moved some furniture in the basement when she found wet carpet. The basement had a sump pump but it was all the way on the other side of the basement so it was not very effective in getting rid of the water that was seeping in. First, we installed the WaterGuard system which consists of a French drain that collects the water as is seeps into the basement and drains it to the sump pump. We then installed the TripleSafe Sump Pump which provides three levels of protection in case of a pump failure or a power outage. Lastly, we installed the SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier which keeps dry air circulating throughout the space to dry out your basement. It's small size its small size makes it easy to keep in the basement since it won't take up much space!
Chris noticed some wet carpet in his basement so he lifted it up and tore some dry wall away to see where the problem was. The water was coming in from the wall and he needed a fix for that since the basement is partially finished and the water could do more damage. We installed the WaterGuard system to keep the water out of the basement. It collects the water and drains it to the sump pump. We also installed the CleanSpace Wall System that keeps water vapor from passing through your foundation walls. With anti-microbial protection called UltraFresh built right in, no mold or mildew will grow on the CleanSpace!
