Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

A customer from Glenn, Michigan called us about his crawlspace because he wanted to make sure that it was fully insulated. We drove to his house and inspected his crawlspace, we then decided to install our CleanSpace technology. CleanSpace is a 20 mil thick plastic liner that fits to the crawl space to completely seal the home from the earth. Polyester cord reinforcement allows for a lot of durability, to make it last longer than the home will. This liner also contains an antimicrobial additive to prevent mold. 

Brent couldn't tolerate the musty smell drifting throughout his home and decided to search for the source. After discovering a wet and moldy crawl space, he called Ayers to learn about our waterproofing solutions. We sent a team of specialists to his house who decided to install CleanSpace, an antimicrobial-lined vapor barrier, to eliminate mold growth. CleanSpace is also applied to the crawl space walls uninterruptedly to reduce moisture entry. Brent is relieved to breathe fresh-smelling air!

Judy called us when she started to notice puddles in her crawl space. There had never been a problem with water until recently with heavy rain. It was coming in from one corner and pooling in low spots. We installed drainage matting and a CleanSpace Liner to waterproof her crawl space. 

The drainage matting is placed directly on thr crawl space floor. It allows for the movement of water under the liner and directs it to the sump pump where the water can drain. The CleanSpace Liner is a thick durable liner that looks like a pool liner and keeps water out of your crawl space. It covers the walls and floors, preventing water vapor and humidity from entering the area. By keeping the crawl space dry, it protects the structures from mold and rot!

Bernadean contacted Ayers because he had water issues within his crawl space. He had tried various things to try and fix the problem, even tried doing work on the gutters, and nothing seemed to work.
