Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

Pipes were freezing in Bill’s crawl space due to poor insulation. So he called our team asking for insulation options for his crawl space. We installed CleanSpace, a plastic sheet material used as a vapor barrier to restrict all moisture, outside air, and pests from entering your crawl space. CleanSpace creates an energy-efficient crawl space and is a great insulation option. It will keep the outside air out and the inside air in so Bill will no longer need to worry about his pipes freezing.

Mike in South Haven noticed that there was moisture getting into his dirt crawlspace, as well as a little critter running around. A cusotmer had water leaking into his crawl space causing mold growth, so our team insulated his rim joists. Small cracks and seams can exist around rim joists, but after insulating them all of those cracks are sealed off. Now flow is restricted keeping moisture and unwanted allergens out. 

Crawlspace protection is important and often mislooked by homeowners. To fully protect your crawlspace, Ayers recommends the combination of CleanSpace and a SaniDry dehumidifier to create a healthy environment for your crawlspace.
