Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

The call from this Stockbridge, MI customer came after they noticed their kitchen, hallway, and bathroom floor were sloping. The steel beams attached to the SmartJack system in the after photo are support beams that allow only a few jacks to lift the entire sagging floor. Also seen in the after photo is Froth Pak foam. The foam will prevent any air or water from entering through the gaps where the floor joist and walls separate. These customers can now walk around without fear of sliding down the hall.

Not only were these basement walls leaky, but they were also a little bit of an eyesore. As the water started coming through the top of the wall, it made the space damp, dirty, and in despearate need of some TLC.
