Never is uneven pavement more noticeable than in the summer. Bike rides, jogs, dog walking - all of it can be ruined by a sunken concrete slab causing you to trip.
Luckily, PolyLEVEL is a quick and effective solution. As shown above, it virtually eliminates the gap between slabs, allowing you to safely navigate the great outdoors.
These homeowners contacted us because they had a slab in their garage with a 3x3 section that was cracked and unleveled. The sidewalk at the entryway of the home was also settled. They started to notice the issue years ago, but were finally ready to fix it once and for all. We used the PolyLevel system that utilized high-density and lightweight polymers that were injected into the concrete slabs. The polymers expanded to fill in the gaps between the soil and the concrete and essentially lifted the slabs back to their proper level. To seal off the cracks in the garage, we used the NexusPro joint sealant that caulked the cracks and prevented them from shifting any further.
Alan and Janet needed the concrete in their garage fixed in order to prevent their wall from bowing. So we installed PolyLevel, a system designed to fix concrete slabs that have sunk by using a new product to lift the concrete slabs back to their original level. The new product used is a polyurethane foam that expands and has a high density in order to raise the concrete. The process is quite simple and is done by drilling small holes into the concrete and then inserting the foam into the holes. Also, the PolyLevel system is waterproof and long-lasting.
Mark knew his garage floor was uneven, but it wasn't until he tripped on his way out that he realized it was a problem. He researched his options online and decided to call Ayers for assistance. We sent a crew of experts to his home, and they recommended the installation of PolyLevel. The process starts by drilling a minimum number of pea-sized holes in the concrete slab and injecting polymer foam underneath it. The foam expands to raise the affected slab to the desired level. Mark loves having an even garage floor in the morning!
