Concrete Leveling Before & After Photos

This Kalamazoo couple had an earthquake that caused a crack in their front porch a couple years ago. The concrete has started to sink about an inch where the crack is and they called us to see what the options were. We used PolyLevel to raise the concrete to the original level and NexusPro to seal the crack on the concrete. Both dry in a short amount of time compared to other solutions!

The landing between the house and garage was sinking, creating an unsafe trip hazard for the homeowner. A quick afternoon trip to Kalamazoo by our PolyLEVEL team was all that was needed to raise the concrete slab and make it safe to walk over once again.

The PolyLevel System is used to repair sinking concrete by drilling minuscule holes into the slab and filling them with foam. The foam raises he slab and fortifies it to make it last even longer. NexusPro is a sealant that fills the cracks in the concrete. It is extremely withstanding to harsh weather so it will remain flexible for yeas, which is important when it comes to Michigan.
