Basement Waterproofing - Sentry Seal Used to Waterproof Foundation from the Outside

By applying the Sentry Seal membrane (it's the black stuff), we can seal off cracks in the foundation from the outside to prevent them from allowing water into the basement. This is a bit of a process, since we have to excavate down to the base of the foundation, but it's worth the peace of mind.
