Ayers Basement Systems Before & After Photos

Scott V. contacted us because his finished basement was literally getting ruined by excessive amounts of water. There were puddles flooding this basement in almost every room. Having an unfinished basement get flooded is bad enough but a finished one where you have to end up replacing the carpet and the drywall is not a good day. 

After seeing what was happening and discussing options Scott and our team of experts decided to go ahead and install our WaterGuard system. So many people have WaterGuard installed because it really does work. It's installed underneath your floor so you can't tell it's there and it collects all that water so it doesn't ruin your belongings. WaterGuard collects water from the walls and ground and directs it to the sump pump, to be properly pumped out of the basement.

There was a horizontal crack about fifteen feet long on Thomas’s basement wall. So our team installed the GeoLock Anchor System which permanently stabilized his wall. In most cases it can eventually push the wall back to its original position. It is done by putting heavy anchors in stable soil away from your foundation wall. This system is ideal because it involves minimal disturbance to Thomas's lawn and home.

The homeowner in Holland, MI noticed water seeping into his home where the floor and the walls meet. There was so much water coming in that it was leaving pools all around his basement and caused damage to his floor. 

To prevent further damage, our professional team installed WaterGuard long lasting interior perimeter drainage system. The WaterGuard system is designed to capture floor and wall seepage before the water hits the basement floor and causes damage. WaterGuard goes along the perimeter of your basement sitting on top of the footing so you do not have to worry about it being clogged by mud or other debris. Once the system captures the water, it immediately carries it to the sump pump. The sump pump then removes the water from the home! Thanks to WaterGuard the homeowners basement is now clean and dry! 

In the before picture you see the damage the standing water caused to the homeowners basement floors and in the after picture you see the WaterGuard system before it is covered with a clean layer of concrete. 

Various parts of Jim's concrete were sinking making his driveway uneven. So our team installed PolyLevel, a system designed to fix concrete slabs that have sunk by using a new product to lift the concrete slabs back to their original level. The new product used is a polyurethane foam that expands and has a high density in order to raise the concrete. The process is quite simple and is done by drilling small holes into the concrete and then inserting the foam into the holes. Also, the PolyLevel system is waterproof and long-lasting. 

Lee called us because he was selling his home to his brother and had some concerning foundation problems he wanted to address before the sale. It's quite obvious that the bowing wall pictured is severe. It has a large horizontal crack and some stair step cracking going on as well. Fixing your foundation isn't something that should be taken lightly. It's important to hire a trustworthy, experienced contractor and one that offers a solution that will be effective and suit your needs.

Our system design specialist and Lee sat down and agreed together that installing our PowerBrace system was going to be the best method to fixing the foundation of this home. There are many differently methods that could have worked for this but PowerBraces will overtime actually straighten the wall back its original position. They are zinc coated so no concers of rust. The best part too is that these beams don't require any drilling or digging so the process is pretty noninvasive and is a permanent fix.
