Michael had found some cracks in his kitchen and noticed his floors were sagging. Upon inspection, we found that the existing support posts he had were bending a little bit which were causing the issues. We installed the SmartJack Support System. This system is installed by attaching steel support beams to your floor joists and a sturdy base at the floor. Once all posts are installed, they are adjusted to raise your floors to a level position. These posts keep the floor from sagging and keep the cracks from getting worse.
This Long Beach homeowner had a finished basement and wanted to install an Egress window. Egress windows create a safe exit in case of emergencies due to the size of the window and the window well which contain steps. The Egress windows also allow for an abundance of natural light to enter the space which gives off a welcoming feel and makes the room look larger!

The owner of this Caledonia, MI home recently noticed that water was leaking in through the corner walls of the basement. He was so concerned by the amount of water that entered, he immediately dug up the soil that was around the wall as seen in the before photo. In the after photo, you can see the Sentry Seal solution that the crew used to make sure that water didn’t leak through again. The sealant is made of a black membrane that’s attached to the walls using a sticky resin to hold them in place. Once the membrane was fully attached, the crew replaced the soil and completed the installation.
