Ayers Basement Systems Before & After Photos

Venah realized that over time her basement began retaining moisture. Thus, leaving a damp smell and causing things to become moist. After dealing with the problem long enough, she decided to call Ayers to find a solution. A System Design Specialist determined that CleanSpace would be perfect for her basement. CleanSpace is a vapor barrier that lines the walls and floors, stopping water vapor and moisture from passing into the basement. Not only does CleanSpace eliminate moisture in the basement, but it will also make the basement look great! 

Tamera needed help lifting and leveling the concrete around her pool deck. The concrete was cracking which is dangerous for the pool, so our team installed PolyLevel. PolyLevel is a system designed to fix concrete slabs that have sunk by using a new product to lift the concrete slabs back to their original level. The new product used is a polyurethane foam that expands and has a high density in order to raise the concrete. The process is quite simple and is done by drilling small holes into the concrete and then inserting the foam into the holes. Also, the PolyLevel system is waterproof and long-lasting.

Mike O. had a crawl space with a musty smell. The dirt floor was covered in plastic in an attempt to seal off the floor but to no avail. Encapsulating a crawl space needs to be done professionally and requires a full inspection to determine how to best waterproof and encapsulate the space. The musty smell the owner complained about could be standing water that accumulated beneath the makeshift plastic tarp they installed. Standing water can also lead to mold and mildew growth. We installed a waterproof, inorganic plastic liner called CleanSpace to protect the crawl space from any water intrusion. We also installed a drainage mat to captures any intrusive water and then channel it to the sump pump.

Luis and Vanessa noticed that their front porch slab was settling about 2 inches and causing cracks in the rest of the porch. To keep the home safe, we used PolyLevel to lift and level the front porch. This injectable foam is lightweight so it won't put added pressure on already unstable soil. It is also stable and waterproof so it will not react with the soil or get washed away. To fix the cracks in the concrete slab, we used NexusPro Crack Repair. This silicone sealant is designed to withstand harsh weathers so it will not dry out or crack. The sealant also keeps out water or debris from getting under the slab and degrading it from below. The sealant and foam cure in a fraction of the time compared to other solutions so the process is not inconvenient to the homeowner.

Doug's walkway at his home had a void underneath and he is worried that the concrete will break and fall into the void when he is walking on it. A section of the concrete near the deck is tilted and causing water to wash out the sand underneath the deck. We used PolyLevel to fill the void under the walkway and to correct the sloping slab. This lightweight and waterproof foam will provide permanent stabilization since it won't be washed away.  We also used NexusPro to seal the cracks in the concrete that were caused but the other issues. NexusPro is a sealant that is designed to withstand harsh weather and keeps things from getting under the slabs.
