Ayers Basement Systems Before & After Photos

Our professional team installed the WaterGuard long lasting interior perimeter drainage system. The WaterGuard system sits on the top of the footing in the basement in order to prevent clogging from mud or other debris. The system works by trapping floor and wall seepage before it has a chance to damage the basement in any way. Once the water is trapped in the drain it is taken directly to the sump pump. The sump pump then removes the water from the home keeping your basement nice and dry.

In most cases this system can eventually straighten the wall back to its original position. It is done by putting heavy anchors in stable soil away from your foundation wall. This system is ideal because it involves minimal disturbance to your lawn and home.

The concrete near Jon’s front porch and garage needed lifted. So our team installed PolyLevel, a waterproof and long-lasting system designed to fix concrete slabs that have sunk by using polyurethane foam. This foam expands and has a high density in order to raise the concrete. This is a quite simple process and is done by drilling small holes into the concrete and then inserting the foam into the holes.
