A customer had heavy water intrusion in her basement which was causing flooding. So our team was called and we installed the SuperSump Premier Sump Pump System. This sump pump will alert you when water levels are too high and has an airtight lid to prevent any unwanted moisture or pests from entering. There is also a one way floor drain in the lid which allows water to drain into it if there is an accident in your basement.
Customers had water leaking into their basement through small cracks around their window. So our team was called and we installed the EverLast basement window. EverLast windows are made from insulated glass so you won't have to worry about heat loss or water seeping through cracks in the window. In addition, EverLast windows do not rot no matter how much water they are in contact with. Therefore, installing an EverLast window lets you relax and no longer have to worry about water intrusion.
A customer needed help leveling out the concrete slabs in her driveway so she called our team for help. We installed PolyLevel, a waterproof and long-lasting system designed to fix concrete slabs that have sunk. It uses a polyurethane foam that expands and has a high density in order to lift the concrete slabs back to their original level. The process is quite simple and is done by drilling small holes into the concrete and then inserting the foam into the holes.
Jason and Tsana wanted to install an Egress Window Well in their basement to allow it to be a finished living space. Egress Windows provide a safe exit in case of emergency so they are required in finished basement living areas. In addition to having a safe exit in your basement, these windows provide lots of natural light. Lastly, most windows offer minimal protection against outside air entering the home due to poor insulation around the window. Egress windows will help ventilate your indoor areas and prevent unwanted allergens from entering your house.
Water was entering a homeowner’s crawl space so he called our team to discuss encapsulation options. We installed SilverGlo, a set of waterproof foam panels. This system is used on the walls of your crawl space in order to insulate it. Uninsulated crawl spaces cost you money each year by increasing your heating and cooling bills. SilverGlo blocks all moisture and is made of inorganic material which prevents mold, rot or mildew from forming. Overall, it will keep this homeowner’s crawl space dry and insulated which will save him lots of money over the years.
