We received a call from a Battle Creek homeowner that needed help waterproofing his crawlspace. So, we drove over to his property to give him a free estimate. After we gave him a free estimate we decided to install our CleanSpace technology. CleanSpace is a 20 mil thick plastic liner that fits the crawl space to completely seal the home from the earth. Polyester cord reinforcement allows for a lot of durabilities, to make it last longer than the home will. This liner also contains an antimicrobial additive to prevent mold. CleanSpace is perfect for insulating the crawlspace from the outside environment. Now, this homeowner will never have to worry about a wet crawlspace ever again.
A customer had water entering her basement through the floors so she called our team for help. We installed the SuperSump Premier Sump Pump System. Alerting you when water levels are too high, this sump pump prevents flooding. In addition, it has an airtight lid to prevent any unwanted moisture or pests from entering. There is also a one way floor drain in the lid which allows water to drain into it if there is an accident in your basement.
One morning our call center received a call from Pamela, a local homeowner in Battle Creek, MI. She told us that she had a feeling the cold moist air in her crawlspace might be affecting the temperature throughout her home. Pamela also admitted that she was worried about the sagging support beam below her home. She had seen multiple Ayers Basement Systems commercials on TV and knew as the local experts we could likely provide her with effective solutions.
After assessing Pamela’s crawlspace needs, we prescribed our patented CleanSpace crawl space encapsulation system to address the current moisture issues being faced below her home. The CleanSpace encapsulation product is a 20mm thick plastic lining that completely seals off the crawl space from the grim elements it faces below. We determined the cement block supports under Pamela’s home were no longer stabilizing her home. To supplement the CleanSpace and support her home we installed two Smart Jacks. The Smart Jack is a supplemental support system for crawl space applications. The Smart Jack effectively supports sagging beams and floor joists caused by, a length of span greater than spanning capability, floor load increased after construction, exceeding design values, and weakening over time due to high moisture and rot. With this dynamic system in place, it became evident that Pamela’s cranky crawlspace was no match for our level of expertise.

There is also a one way floor drain in the lid which allows water to drain into it if there is an accident in your basement.
Customers had water leaking into their basement through small cracks around their window. So our team was called and we installed the EverLast basement window. EverLast windows are made from insulated glass so you won't have to worry about heat loss or water seeping through cracks in the window. In addition, EverLast windows do not rot no matter how much water they are in contact with. Therefore, installing an EverLast window lets you relax and no longer have to worry about water intrusion.
