The owners of the home in Decatur, MI, required stabilization before they could proceed with their planned upgrades of hardwood flooring and new windows. Ayers team used a combination of 3-inch helical and push piers to stabilize the home. This involved screwing helical piers into the ground, lifting the house with jacks, reinforcing the foundation with concrete, and carefully leveling the structure.
