William and Janet have had cracks in their basement walls since the home was built and the soil was backfilled. There has never been water intrusion but the cracks have slowly been getting worse and even started to bow. We installed the GeoLock Wall Anchors to stabilize the wall and to stop any further movement. The anchors work by extending from your wall into the stable soil beyond the home. They anchor into the soil to brace the foundation wall to halt further movement.

Starting to Separate

This is one of the basement walls that was cracking and has slowly started to bow inward. This is not a good sign and would get much worse if not caught and fixed.

These are the GeoLock Wall Anchors and as you can see they do not take up usable basement space! These are made of steel and stabilize the wall to halt more inward movement.

This is a trench we dig out beyond the home in hard, stable soil for the Earth anchors to be placed in and connected to the home anchors. The soil is filled back in after the installation is done leaving minimal disruption to your lawn.

On the Other Side

These are the Earth anchors that are beyond the home. These brace the foundation wall and keep it from moving. They are connected to the anchors inside the hoe by a steel wire that is suspended in the soil.
