Supporting Sagging Floors in Michigan City

Michael had found some cracks in his kitchen and noticed his floors were sagging. Upon inspection, we found that the existing support posts he had were bending a little bit which were causing the issues. We installed the SmartJack Support System. This system is installed by attaching steel support beams to your floor joists and a sturdy base at the floor. Once all posts are installed, they are adjusted to raise your floors to a level position. These posts keep the floor from sagging and keep the cracks from getting worse.
