SmartJacks Provide Much Needed Support Manistee, MI Basement

Daryl made the call to Ayers as he discovered we had support posts made for basements and crawl spaces that would help support his home! We had a team come out to his home to inspect the area and from this they determined SmartJacks would correct his support issues. SmartJacks are steel support columns that we connected to a sturdy supplemental beam above and a solid base below the floor that holds the weight of the home. They will even raise the floors back to their original position and prevent sagging that causes the floors to bounce.
