Clean Space Lining
Every crawl space we work on at Ayers is fitted with CeanSpace lining. The lining is an antimicrobial lining that prevents moisture from entering the home. It goes on every flat surface in the crawl space and is intended to stay permanently. Moisture is a major danger to one's home. The water carries bacteria that read organic material like food for food. Once it starts breaking down the organic material mold spores can form which posr a major risk to the home's and its residents' health.
